This year, the event promises to be the biggest in the USA with over 150+ skilled amateurs and skilled competitors. An amazing gathering of more than 10,000+ BBQ enthusiasts at the breathtaking Law Enforcement Memorial in Tropical Park, Miami, Florida.
Establishing itself as the pinnacle of “Pig Roast Competitions” in the State of Florida, this event will determine who will be crowned the undisputed “Champions” of the South. Not only is it a thrilling contest, but it’s also a community-driven event that aims to support and honor all of our law enforcement agencies. It provides an incredible opportunity for families to come together and experience an unforgettable time, while also creating valuable networking connections for businesses.

PIG ROAST BOWL SERIES FAQS
Do we need to provide plates, utensils, napkins or gloves for serving?
Do we have to bring a tent, table or chairs?
Are we allowed to bring additional people to help set up prior to 7AM?
Do helpers outside of the team have to purchase a ticket?
Will there be lighting or electricity available where we will be cooking?
Do we need to serve bread or side dishes like congri or yuca?
Providing sides is optional. The sides will onlv be given out to the festival guests and will not be judged with the pork.
