Join us for the popular return of the 4th Annual Pig Roast Bowl Series South Florida PBA Law Enforcement Edition 2025, taking place on Saturday, November 22, 2025. This year, the event promises to be the biggest in the USA with over 150+ skilled amateurs and skilled competitors. An amazing gathering of more than 10,000+ BBQ enthusiasts at the breathtaking Law Enforcement Memorial in Tropical Park, Miami, Florida.

Establishing itself as the pinnacle of “Pig Roast Competitions” in the State of Florida, this event will determine who will be crowned the undisputed “Champions” of the South. Not only is it a thrilling contest, but it’s also a community-driven event that aims to support and honor all of our law enforcement agencies. It provides an incredible opportunity for families to come together and experience an unforgettable time, while also creating valuable networking connections for businesses.

PIG ROAST BOWL SERIES FAQS

Do we need to provide plates, utensils, napkins or gloves for serving?

Plates and utensils will be provided to each team (about 100 each) with judging boxes as well. You will need to bring your own napkins and gloves.

Do we have to bring a tent, table or chairs?

Each team will have the option to request a 6 ft table, tent and four chairs when registering for the event via Eventbrite.

Are we allowed to bring additional people to help set up prior to 7AM?

Anyone can help you set up up until 7AM. At that time, anyone not officially on the team roster will need to clear the competition area. Gates will open to the public at 10AM.

Do helpers outside of the team have to purchase a ticket?

They will need to buy a ticket if they plan to attend the festival, which officially starts at 10AM. Anyone not officially on the team roster will need to clear the competition area by 7AM.

Will there be lighting or electricity available where we will be cooking?

There will be generators on site but coal cooking is preferred.

Do we need to serve bread or side dishes like congri or yuca?

Providing sides is optional. The sides will onlv be given out to the festival guests and will not be judged with the pork.
